Set/Reset Password in Net Banking

  • This option can be used by the following users,

    • Who were new to Net/Mobile banking and also for who already using Net/Mobile Banking.
    • Having their PAN,E-mail id and Mobile number registered with CBS or an active debit card for their account
    • Know their PAN and date of birth as available in the bank records.
  • The steps involved are,

    • Goto onlinecub.net and select the option "Set/Reset Password".
    • Fill you Customer ID in Customer ID input field
    • Choose your Branch ID where you are having your account.
    • Select & follow any one of the options below (a) or (b)
    • I have my ATM Card
    • I do not have my ATM Card
  • Procedure on selecting I have my ATM Card

    • Enter your PAN and Date of Birth in respective field
    • Enter the ATM Card details (Last 6 digits of card number, expiry date and ATM pin).
    • Choose the Password that needs to be generated by selecting the check boxes: Login Password, Transaction Password and MPIN.
    • Click on the Continue button.
    • One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you registered mobile number.
    • Please enter the OTP and click on the "Submit ".
    • You will be navigated to the change password screen where you will be prompted to type your Login password , Transaction Password and MPIN (If you opted to change Login Password, Transaction Password and MPIN), confirm your password by retyping it.
    • On Successful submission, user will receive confirmation in the screen and SMS will be sent to registered mobile number
    • Now you are ready to login to your Internet banking and Mobile banking using the passwords created in above step.
  • Procedure on Selecting I do not have my ATM Card:

    • Enter your PAN and Date of Birth in respective field
    • Choose the Password that needs to be generated by selecting the check boxes: Login Password, Transaction Password and MPIN.
    • Click on the Continue button.
    • Enter the OVC Request id as received in registered mobile number and OVC Code as received in your registered Email ID.Then press Continue Button.
    • Once OVC successfully verified, You will be navigated to the change password screen where you will be prompted to type your Login password , Transaction Password and MPIN (If you opted to change Login Password, Transaction Password and MPIN), confirm your password by retyping it
    • On Successful submission, user will receive confirmation in the screen and SMS will be sent to registered mobile number
    • Now you are ready to login to your Internet banking and Mobile banking using the passwords created in above step.
