This option is for the users who have forgotten their password and
not registered a valid e-mail address with us. He should know his
first name as available in the bank’s records . Parent branch can be
approached to get the first name of the account holder as available
in the Bank’s records. The password-PIN mailer will be sent to the
branch within 3 days from the date of request.
If you have a valid e-mail address already available with the bank
and already logged into the internet banking at least once you
can use “GET INSTANT PASSWORD” option to generate your own password
instantly.

Enter your login id in the login id column.

Choose your branch in which you are having your account from the
list shown.
3.
Enter the First name as available in the bank’s records in First
name column .
(If you don’t know your first name please contact your branch to
get the same)

Then click on the check box –“Internet Banking” .
5.
Click on the check box to choose the passwords that needs to be
generated.

If only login password is required tick on the check box – Login
password
2.
If transaction password only is required tick on the check box- –
Transaction password.
And if both are required tick on both check boxes.

After Creation of New Password If the user is not logged on within
30 days from the date of generation it will get deactivated and it
needs to be activated using this option.

On submitting the above information your registration is completed
and you will get a reference number.
7.
The generated password will be sent to the branch within three
working days.
8.
Get the pin mailer from the branch and use the same. However
immediately upon using the same you will be asked to change your
password .User is not allowed to use this option with in 20 days of
the first request. |
